Water, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), dried red chilli, lemon grass, garlic, salt, rapeseed oil, galangal, coriander, lemon juice concentrate, shrimp paste (crustacean)(shrimp, salt), cumin (1%), lime zest, dried kaffir lime leaf, kaffir lime peel, cinnamon, mace, cardamom, black pepper, star anise (0.1%)

Keep in a cool, dry place. Shake well before use. Once opened, refrigerate & consume with 4 weeks
Add the full jar of curry paste to a pan with a half jar of water. Stir fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes with preferred meat. Add coconut milk & simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in any vegetables (or seafood if using) & heat through. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
